The Early Years

DataHouse was established when businesses were just beginning to use computing technology for everyday operations. During the late 1960s and early 1970s, Dan Arita, foresaw the tremendous increase in demands for technology services and the opportunity to provide them locally. He went on to found DataHouse in 1975.

We introduced some of our first customers to automation, outfitting them with accounting, payroll and other business systems based on IBM mainframe technology. As new technologies became available, we took these systems through several cycles of upgrades.
