The management of DataHouse is comprised of officers of DataHouse and DataHouse Holdings Corp.

Clyde Shiigi
DataHouse - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Shiigi is President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Shiigi has over 20 years of experience in information technology consulting and has worked with many government and national companies on their information technology strategies. Over the past several years, Mr. Shiigi has successfully developed DataHouse's Internet technology business and expanded DataHouse's business to the global market. Mr. Shiigi graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor in Management Information Systems.

Mark Uranaka
DataHouse - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Uranaka manages the staff and financial resources of DataHouse Consulting, Inc. to maximize utilization and return. With over 25 years of experience as a management consultant in the information technology industry, Mr. Uranaka also oversees large scale, complex enterprise systems development projects for DataHouse. Mr. Uranaka holds a B.A in Information & Computer Science from the University of Hawaii.

Douglas Vaughan
DataHouse - Vice-President of Client Services

As Vice-President of Client Services, Mr. Vaughan actively markets DataHouse solutions and services throughout the western United States and oversees every aspect of a project to ensure client satisfaction. From budgeting to deliverables, Mr. Vaughan's insight into each project comes from over 20 years of practical experience in designing mainframe management information systems, architecting Web applications, and managing technology initiatives for a range of industries including financial, distribution, manufacturing, state government, retail, insurance and non-profit.

Prior to joining Datahouse in 1993, Mr. Vaughan designed systems and managed projects for Marathon Systems/Ferrin Corporation and Accenture/Andersen Consulting, respectively. Mr. Vaughan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University.

Ryan Yamamoto
DataHouse Labs - Vice-President

Mr. Yamamoto leads DataHouse Labs, the research and development arm of DataHouse. As its Vice-President, he is responsible for technology strategy, product development, intellectual property strategy, channel partnerships and e-business projects.

Mr. Yamamoto has been working in the computer industry since 1985 and has served in many roles including programmer, analyst, designer, project manager, consultant, and practice leader. In these roles, he has gained extensive hands-on experience and skills in a wide variety of architectures and technologies including mainframes, web application, client-server, groupware, knowledge management. His specialty has been the adoption of emerging technologies and the development of organization, process, methods and standards.

Mr. Yamamoto attended the University of Hawaii as an early admissions high school student and holds a B.S. with honors in Computer Operations and Information Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Daniel Arita
DataHouse Holdings Corp. - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Arita established Hawaii-based DataHouse in November of 1975 after more than 20 years of experience in the computer field. DataHouse is an information systems consulting firm, which provides management and data processing services. The professional staff has an average of over 10 years of experience in dealing with virtually all facets of the computer service industry. As DataHouse Holdings Corporation's Chairman of the Board, Mr. Arita is responsible for the overall vision of the organization.

Creighton Arita
DataHouse Holdings Corp. - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Arita has an impressive track record in corporate management, strategic planning and new market development. Because of Mr. Arita's extensive knowledge in business processes and the information technology market, he has been the backbone for several successful business initiatives. Having been a healthcare industry observer over the years, Mr. Arita in 1992 formed TeamPraxis. He built this venture on the foresight that physicians would need third-party physician services dealing specifically with information technology. Today, TeamPraxis is Hawaii's largest physician service organization. TeamPraxis has been able to build a strong reputation in the demanding healthcare community, and this is evidenced by a rapidly growing client base. Mr. Arita graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor in Finance, Real Estate and Economics and a Masters in Business Administration.
