Diagnostic Laboratory Services (DLS) is the premier diagnostic laboratory in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and Samoa. Their strong position in the markets they serve is due to the technology and methodology they employ to return accurate and fast test results, and due to the level of quality service that their staff provides. As the market leader, DLS was looking to make test results available to physicians through their Web site. The next step was naturally a second generation Web site that communicated DLS' image and integrated securely with a test results database.
DataHouse's creative and strategic planning team worked out a portal-like structure that allowed physicians and patients to choose their path into the Web site. They designed a user interface that conveys DLS' high tech, high touch qualities. DataHouse's technical staff worked with DLS' IT staff to integrate the secured test results to the Web site.
The DLS Web site is developed in InterLoom™, DataHouse's e-business platform. The site is hosted at Nettricity®, a DataHouse subsidiary.
