Da Nang Emerges as a Rising AI Innovation Hub Through Hacker Residency 2025

Da Nang, Vietnam — November 30, 2025 — The Hacker Residency Da Nang 2025 program officially wrapped up its month-long innovation program on November 29 with a dynamic Demo Day featuring 13 international startup teams who spent 30 days building AI-native and software products on the Son Tra Peninsula. Launched by Silicon Valley–founded Hacker Residency Group (HRG), this year’s cohort brought together founders from the United States, Singapore, India, Korea, Canada, and across Southeast Asia.

As both a sponsor and co-organizer, DataHouse played an active role throughout the program, reinforcing the company’s commitment to elevating Da Nang as a rising regional technology hub.

The HRG prgram welcomed a strong lineup of global technology partners, including CodeRabbit, OpenRouter, n8n, Stainless, Parallel, Cognition, Anything, and Exa. Their participation highlights the growing appeal of Da Nang to international builders.

From November 1 to 30, participants lived and worked in Da Nang, embracing a builder-first model focused on rapid prototyping, continuous iteration, and transparent progress sharing. Throughout the month, founders took part in weekly product demos, received one-on-one mentoring on fundraising, go-to-market strategies, and technical implementation, and connected with investors from the U.S., Singapore, and Southeast Asia.
