DataHouse Celebrates 50 Years of Trust, Innovation, and Community in Hawai‘i

This year, DataHouse proudly celebrates a remarkable achievement—50 years of innovation, partnership, and community impact. What began as a pioneering Hawai‘i-based technology consulting firm has grown into a global organization supporting clients across industries while staying true to its island roots.

To honor this half‑century milestone, DataHouse hosted an intimate anniversary gathering in Honolulu, bringing together long‑time partners, colleagues, and friends who have shaped the company’s journey. It was a warm, reflective celebration filled with stories, gratitude, and a shared sense of purpose for the decades ahead.

HONORING FIVE DECADES OF IMPACT

For fifty years, DataHouse’s work has been defined by meaningful relationships—employees who built transformative solutions, clients who trusted us with critical missions, partners who collaborated with us to innovate, and communities that inspired our values and direction. The Honolulu celebration highlighted three core pillars that have guided DataHouse’s evolution:

1. Vision

From its early days to today’s suite of advanced digital products and services, DataHouse continues to innovate with purpose. The anniversary event reflected on breakthroughs across healthcare, education, enterprise management, and public sector systems—each representing a commitment to building technologies that improve lives.

2. Trust

Trust has been the heartbeat of DataHouse’s success. Long-lasting partnerships—some spanning decades—were celebrated at the event, reinforcing the company’s reputation for reliability, integrity, and results-driven delivery throughout its global journey.

3. Community

As a proud member of the ʻIke family of companies, DataHouse remains deeply rooted in Hawai‘i. The celebration honored the company’s ongoing mission to uplift local talent, strengthen the tech ecosystem, and contribute to a thriving, future‑ready Hawai‘i.

A GATHERING OF PEOPLE WHO MADE THE JOURNEY POSSIBLE

From its beginnings in Hawaiʻi, DataHouse has grown into a global provider of enterprise solutions. Through this growth, one principle has remained constant: A commitment to people.

The anniversary served as an opportunity to recognize the individuals, relationships, and shared efforts that have shaped the company over the past five decades. The legacy of founder Dan Arita was acknowledged throughout the celebration, not through grand statements, but through the enduring culture he helped establish: one centered on trust, humility, and long-term partnership.

LOOKING TOWARD THE NEXT 50 YEARS

While the celebration honored the past, it was equally focused on the future.
DataHouse reaffirmed its commitment to:

  • Advancing digital transformation in Hawai‘i and around the world
  • Expanding its product ecosystem, including enterprise, healthcare, and public sector solutions
  • Cultivating local and global talent grounded in Hawaiian values
  • Strengthening communities through technology, education, and responsible leadership

As DataHouse enters its next chapter, its mission remains clear: to build with vision, operate with trust, and grow with the community at heart.

Hong Phan, CEO of DataHouse, shares the company’s vision for innovation and transformation during the 50th Anniversary celebration in Honolulu.
