Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Freelance Power Platform Developer (Power Apps & Dynamics 365) to join our team. Your role will consist of maintaining existing SharePoint sites and forms built by Dynamics 365, enhancing existing features, and building new applications using Power Apps.
Main Accountabilities
- Maintain and customize our client’s existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to fit the specific needs of the business.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Power Platform application.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop Power Apps applications (canvas and model-driven).
- Develop Power Pages to create and customize business websites.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in general using Power BI.
- Create and modify data with Dataverse and Power Query M.
- Ensuring that all developed solutions comply with best practices for security (all levels), performance, and scalability.
- Documenting all customizations and modifications made to developed solutions.
- Providing training and support to end-users of developed solutions.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree with a major in IT university or equivalent certificates (Having Power Platform certificates)
Experience:
- At least 3 years of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365).
- Have a good foundational knowledge of Dynamics 365.
- Ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft products like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure
- Moderate knowledge of programming with PowerFx, HTML, JavaScript
- Having knowledge of .NET C# is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power Platform licensing and pricing model
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging Power Platform issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for successful implementation and delivery of Power Platform projects.
- Experience with other CRM platforms (Salesforce, AEM, SAP…) is a plus

- Be able to work independently and as a part of one team as well as with mixed audiences/ stakeholders.
- The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Fluently written and spoken English;
- Good computer literacy for document development and team collaboration platforms.
