Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with a background in telecom systems and strong communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese (Chinese) to join our international team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems in large-scale telecom projects. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise-grade backend development and be capable of collaborating across teams in a multilingual environment.  

• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement web-based solutions. 
• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals. 
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot or similar frameworks. 
• Collaborate with the functional team to ensure seamless system integration. 
• Optimize application performance and ensure reliability and security. 
• Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices across the team. 
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin or Cantonese with regional teams and clients. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.

Experience & Skills:  

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer. 
• Solid experience with telecom domain projects or telecom service platforms. 
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST API, and related technologies. 
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). 
• Experience working in Linux environments; scripting is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms. 
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required (HSK Level 3+ or equivalent certification preferred). Proficiency in English is a plus.. 
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps culture. 
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration mindset.
