Branch Director – HCMC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Director to supervision our team in the Ho Chi Minh branch. You will be responsible for overseeing personnel, cultivating a positive and dynamic workplace, and ensuring proper branch operations.  

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the branch team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 
• Supervise employees and direct all operational aspects daily. 
• Monitor the daily progress of projects in software development. 
• Involve in the hiring plan and process by suggesting strategies and solutions to hire the right employees.  
• Motivate employees and help them achieve their career goals by providing coaching and mentorship. 
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation, promoting employee engagement and retention. 
• Keep updated and share information with other branches and headquarters on occurring problems or situations.  
• Network with local partners to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.  
• Manage budget and expenses following the company’s matrix. 
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields 

Experience & Skills:  

Essential:  

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the software industry 
• At least 4 years of medium-sized management experience with a team of over 40 members 
• Proven leadership skills to guide and build a strong team 
• Ability to manage multiple teams/projects at once to meet deadlines 
• Excellent English proficiency in written and verbal communication 
• Exceptional knowledge of software development and technology trends 
• Relevant certifications: PMO, CSM, PMP, etc.

Desirable: 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision making 
• Ability to work in a multi-national team 
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
