Business Analyst Lead – Da Nang

We are looking for Business Analysts Lead who recorded success in project deliveries, documentation, stakeholder relationship, and commitment to project timeline. 1. Project Delivery
   • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. 
   • Conduct requirement elicitation workshop. 
   • Analyze business flow and user requirement 
   • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and analyze the required information and data. 
   • Develop and manage internal and external relationships, maintain client satisfaction with respect to project activities and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders. 
   • Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders. 
   • Consult, influence and present professional solutions to solve or improve clients’ business challenges. Plan, estimate, and report on work activities. 
   •  Work closely with the software delivery team to meet client expectations. Conducting system tests & user acceptance tests. 
   • Make sure that all solutions recommended are functionally effective. Work closely with experts to ensure the solution is technically viable and cost-effective. 
   • Understand client’s business process management and business requirements. 
   • Handle escalating items from PM for the BA team.
   • Audit/review/consult/support BA team of a project if needed.
2. Management
   • Define requirement approach for each project. 
   • Plan for requirement phase at the beginning of the project. 
   • Assign tasks and manage teams to make sure that the project runs smoothly.
   • Budgeting and forecasting. 
   • Planning and monitoring BA works/ deliveries.
   • Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. 
   • Define/ Enhance BA working processes.
   • Individual Development Plan.
   • People allocation (for BAs).
3. Training/Mentoring
   • Prepare Training materials. 
   • Conduct Training/ Mentoring for other members. 
   • Provide feedback/ suggestion for BA competency improvement.

1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field or an MBA.
2. Experience & Skills:
   • Essential:
     • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. 
     • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 
     • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. 
     • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization. 
     • Advanced technical skills. 
     • Excellent documentation skills. 
     • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 
     • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. 
     • Proven experiences as a Senior Business Analyst in software companies. 
     • Competency in below applications: MS Office tools, Jira, Confluence, Figma, ADO, Balsamig, Lucid Chart, Visio,… 
     • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. 
     • Solid leadership skills. 
     • Team member caring and engagement skills.
