Role Purpose
We are seeking a Consultant who is responsible for providing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) expertise. You will perform sales, customer service, and relationship management, including researching clients and their positions, meeting with company executives and the software team to make suggestions and develop improvement plans based on their needs, and maintaining a professional relationship with clients over time to ensure customer satisfaction and retention!
Main Accountabilities
- Supervise the implementation of projects with varying levels of complexity.
- Plan and execute project discovery tasks, gather requirements, and establish data for various stakeholders.
- Support customers in month-end reconciliation and closing processes, including Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for customers.
- Maintain specified usage and performance levels with guidance from the supervisor.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Professional Services processes and protocols.
- Act as a mentor and provide advice to consulting team members.
Job Requirements
Education: BSc/BA in business or relevant discipline; Further qualifications in a specialized field will be a plus.
Experience & Skills:
Essential:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an ERP consultant;
- Experience in project management;
- Thorough knowledge of the ERP field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements;
- Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques;
- Knowledge of business software fields;
- Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans;
- Analytical and creative.
Desirable:
- Certification in consulting or a field of expertise is an advantage.
